Mechanical: Machine-room-less elevator (KLEEMANN or equivalent). Hydraulic collector water system with multilayer piping (VALSIR or equivalent) and PVC sewage piping. Independent heating system per apartment with Wilo circulators and branded temperature regulators. Concealed VRV/Multi-Split cooling system (LG, Daikin or equivalent).

Electrical: Installation compliant with Greek legislation, ELOT HD and P.P.C. standards. LEGRAND GALEA switches and sockets (or equivalent). Full-color video intercom with access control. Heavy-duty electrical panels and breakers (Siemens, HAGER, ABB). One satellite dish (max 120mm).
